19th Century Tin Shaving Cups

Posted by Administrator on 1/19/2016 to News
Folks,

I wanted to take a moment to tell you all about a special project that I am currently working on!  Through a joint effort between myself and  John Peterson of Otter Creek Tinware, we will soon be offering a very limited run of historically accurate reproduction 19th century style tin shaving cups.  These cups will be of period correct construction and materials, and if you are familiar with John's work you already know of the quality!  These shave cups will be of dipped sheet tin and based on actual original designs from the period.  As this is a special project, quantities will be limited.  This will be a great opportunity to add a very often overlooked item in your kit, so stay tuned!  Below are some period examples of some originals:

These will not be available elsewhere so check back often!
